• Hi, nice to meet you, I'm Christiane,

    a contemporary artist, former art director & designer, living in Germany. My work is recognizable through carefully curated colour palettes, layered compositions and subtle details. 

    My painting process is intuitive and playful. I love experimenting, thinking in new ways and finding unique tools and approaches to the act of painting. I work in fluid layers, allowing colours to blend, flow and overlap naturally, and I enjoy mixing colours until I find the exact shades and combinations I’m looking for. Once the layers have built up, I like to introduce clear, minimalistic lines & shapes as elements of contrast, bringing a sense of clarity and balance to the fluid, watercolour-like layers.

    Each piece is created with dedication, focus and an endless love for creative craftsmanship – rooted in a daily creative practice that values consistency, curiosity,  patience and trust in the process.

    My work has found its way into private collections across Europe, including Germany, Austria and Spain. I’m deeply grateful to everyone who has connected with my work and chosen to bring a little piece of my creative world into their own.

    Handmade is the new luxury. Every piece is created by hand, from building and stretching the canvas to the final framing – with intention, care, and attention to every detail.

    My sanctuary Lanzarote Island reminds me to slow down, stay present, and find beauty in simplicity. Its ocean, light, volcanic landscape and the slower rhythm of island life deeply influence the way I live and create.
